It takes about 5 minutes to apply. On your first visit we set up your auto-scheduling and a checklist made for your home, then do a full baseline check — we measure doors and windows, test your smoke alarms and note their dates, and write down the make and model of every appliance.
We connect to your booking calendar — through your booking software (like Hostaway, Guesty, or Hospitable) or a simple calendar link. Our system finds the empty gaps between guests and books each inspection into one. It also re-checks every hour: if a last-minute booking comes in, it automatically moves your inspection to the next open day. You never lift a finger.
A careful, room-by-room check built for rental wear and tear: locks, handles, faucets, batteries, filters, and safety items — everything that comes loose, drips, or quits between guests.
While we're there, we swap filters and batteries, tighten what's come loose, and handle the small fixes — all in the same visit. Anything bigger gets photographed, filmed, and sent to your dashboard so you can decide. No second trip.
After every visit you get a report with photos: what we checked, what we fixed, and anything to keep an eye on. Then the system books the next visit on its own.
